We have an immediate vacancy for a Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience at the company in Abu Dhabi. The Business Analyst (BA) will be accountable for ensuring that all the requirements of the business are captured adequately from the time a business need is identified, maintaining consistency in requirement management throughout the Agile development life cycle. This role is responsible for enabling a successful transition towards Agile methodology, driving high levels of performance and quality, and providing exceptional business value to end users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide business solutions that are always customer-centric.
- Drive and contribute to business requirements gathering workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Understand end-to-end user journeys and deliver business solutions.
- Support the Product Owner in writing effective Product Backlog Items and maintaining prioritized backlogs for multiple products.
- Assist the Product Owner in the story refinement process.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to agree on MVP prioritization within sprint cycles and backlogs.
- Participate in various Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Scrum, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Enforce common structures and guidelines for BA methodology in requirement management.
- Use appropriate communication tools (e.g., Jira, Tracker Boards) to facilitate team collaboration.
- Encourage team self-organization and empowerment, and share new industry agile best practices.
- Provide consultancy support and technical guidance to teams.
- Work closely with the Technical Delivery Manager, Program Manager, and Business Experts to ensure visibility and resolution of business challenges.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of business analysis and related experience, with at least 3 years within a reputed bank/financial institution and wealth domain.
- Deep understanding of platforms to provide implementation approaches for customer-facing web applications, middleware integration, and backend system architecture.
