Business Analyst

Deloitte seeks individuals for the role of Business Analyst as part of the Emiratisation program aimed at fresh graduates. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality deliverables, ensuring a superior client experience.
• Collect, analyze, and present relevant data using standard processes and tools.
• Understand financial concepts and conduct research to provide insights on business performance.
• Perform in-depth research and benchmarking analysis, offering clients insights and solutions.
• Apply structured thinking frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate effectively.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues by presenting an approachable and professional demeanor.
• Leverage diverse resources for insights and share findings with the team.
• Apply technology fundamentals to client situations, demonstrating understanding of emerging technologies like RPA, AI, IoT, Blockchain, and cloud computing.
• Support the development and enhancement of business processes.

Qualifications:

• UAE National with an undergraduate degree in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, and more.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
