In this position, you will engage with various types of businesses to analyze and enhance their operational processes and data management through our AI app. Your insights will directly impact product development by translating business needs into actionable requirements for our product team, ensuring that our features align with real-world business applications. You will also be responsible for preparing sample systems that reflect common business scenarios and communicating your findings weekly in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities
- Study how different types of businesses work and map their processes and data.
- Turn insights into clear requirements and examples for the product team.
- Test new features against real business cases before release.
- Prepare sample systems in showcasing common business needs.
- Report findings weekly in plain language.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Based in Riyadh or open to relocation to Riyadh.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in software or ERP projects.
- Proficient in writing requirements, process maps, or user stories.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Pay and Terms
- Total monthly salary: SAR 12,000–17,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
- Full-time, on-site at the Riyadh office; working days, hours, and annual leave per Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
Travel and Selection Process
- Travel may be required for business analysis and testing at client sites within Saudi Arabia.
- Selection Process:
- We aim to reply to every application within 7 days.
- A 30-minute video call where we will introduce you to the AI app.
- For shortlisted candidates, a 30-minute requirements exercise using the app will take place on our test account (no personal account needed).
- Final interview in Riyadh. We will inform every interviewed candidate of the result within 30 days of their interview.
