Business Analyst

Expleo Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with over 9 years of experience to implement MX Payments, cross-border payments, and manage PAIN & PACS messages. The successful candidate will lead requirement discussions, ensure stakeholder alignment, and manage change processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Discussions: Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing change processes.
• User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Translate business requirements into functional user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability and alignment with testing.
• Design Briefing: Collaborate with the design team to ensure that UI/UX meets business needs, providing feedback and updating requirements as necessary.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating communication and ensuring stakeholder sign-offs.
• Testing & Validation: Oversee Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with business units to validate solutions.
• Change Requests: Prepare, track, and communicate Project Change Requests (PCRs), ensuring timely approvals and impact assessments.

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate degree.
• Essential Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, experience with MX Payments, cross-border payments, and implementation of PAIN & PACS messages.
