Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and client-focused Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions. Reporting to the Director – Customer Success, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, generate insights, and ensure solutions align with customer objectives. You will play a key role in enhancing delivery quality, improving customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, workflows, and specifications.
  • Document use cases, requirements, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze operational and client data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate actionable insights to enhance delivery processes and customer engagement.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between client-facing and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong experience in Procurement and/or ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
  • Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, SaaS platforms, or experience within the technology or financial sectors is an advantage.
