The company's Global Insights & Data business line is a leader in data, platform, and analytics across various sectors including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and life sciences. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, gather and analyze requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges; define, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and develop process flows and business models.
  • Collaboration & Project Support: Serve as a liaison between business teams, developers, and QA; facilitate workshops and meetings; support project planning and prioritization.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.
  • Solution Delivery & Support: Validate solutions against requirements, provide post-deployment support, and analyze feedback for enhancements.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong grasp of business analysis frameworks and SDLC; proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with domain knowledge in IT, banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI), HR, or Operations advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities; strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) is advantageous.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills may be an advantage.


Work Conditions: Hybrid (mix of company offices, client sites, and remote work)
