Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to provide data analysis that will support the formulation of recommendations for strategic decision-making
- Conducting in-depth business analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Developing financial models, forecasts, and reports to support data-driven decisions
- Managing and overseeing key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
- Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Creating compelling presentations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings, insights, and strategies to stakeholders
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years experience in business analysis, financial analysis, project management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of business analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling software (e.g., Excel)
- Proven project management experience, with familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience working directly with executive leadership
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
