Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for AI initiatives. Conduct workshops and meetings to understand user needs for customer-facing mobile app features and internal tools.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with the AI development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features.
- User Story Development: Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria for both workstreams. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric design principles are applied.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for AI enhancements. Assist in the development of dashboards and reports for performance monitoring.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Assist in the development of test plans and test cases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Overall 8 years as Business Analyst and a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Experience with AI technologies and projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
