Business Analyst

The company is seeking a Business Analyst, particularly targeting fresh graduates under the Emiratization initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with team members to produce high-quality deliverables that enhance client experience.
• Collecting, analyzing, and assimilating relevant data to support solutions.
• Conducting in-depth research and benchmarking analysis to provide insights on best practices.
• Applying structured thinking to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly.
• Engaging with clients and colleagues to build lasting relationships.
• Utilizing technology fundamentals in various client situations and demonstrating a basic understanding of emerging technologies such as RPA, AI, IoT, Blockchain, and cloud computing.
• Supporting the development and improvement of business processes.

Qualifications:

• Based in the UAE – UAE National
• Undergraduate degree in relevant majors (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration)
• MBA or relevant master’s degree or certificate is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong administrative and numeracy skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment with flexible work hours
