Business Analyst AI

We are looking for a highly experienced AI Business Analyst to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of advanced AI solutions across customer experience and enterprise domains. This role requires a strong mix of product thinking, program management, and technical expertise in AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a comprehensive AI product roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, PRD development, QA, UAT, release, and post-launch tracking.
• Manage feature release cycles using KPIs, user engagement metrics, and system performance indicators.
• Drive Agile delivery across multiple squads, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact between senior leadership, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AI/ML product or program management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience working with data science, computer vision, and conversational AI solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
