Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure alignment with client strategic goals.
- Work within agile frameworks to define, prioritize, and manage AI solution requirements.
- Translate business needs into AI-driven product features and user stories for development teams.
- Optimize solution performance and evaluate existing workflows, data structures, and AI model outputs.
- Document requirements using use cases, epics, and user stories, including acceptance criteria.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional business analysis experience.
- Experience managing project scope and using requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GitLab).
- Strong ability to identify inconsistencies in requirements and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
- Proficient in visual modeling notations (UML, BPMN) and comfortable with wireframes and diagrams.
- Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Work Conditions:
- The usual working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Flexibility is accommodated based on client requirements.
