What you will do
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports accurately and on time.
- Analyse business performance and translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Develop new reports and automate existing planning and reporting processes.
- Create dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Generate business-specific reports and simulations, including sales incentive calculations.
- Communicate reporting and incentive information clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage multiple reporting requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent reporting, data analysis, and visualisation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
- Experience handling large volumes of data.
- Strong planning, organisation, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to assess situations quickly and provide practical recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
About the team
You will be part of a collaborative and performance-focused environment, working closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, Marketing, and other key stakeholders. The team values accurate reporting, meaningful insights, clear communication, and data-driven decision-making.
What equips you for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience.
- At least three years of relevant experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Experience in business analysis, management reporting, dashboard development, or performance analytics.
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, or similar analytical tools.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights that support business decisions.
