Business Analyst - Aviation

As a Business Analyst in the Aviation sector at the company, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholders. You will translate these requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to implement effective solutions. Your role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to closure, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities include conducting process mapping, analysis, and feasibility studies, as well as presenting recommendations. You will manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with testing teams. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Operations team to establish and optimize business processes as required and provide analytical and project support for resolving production issues related to onboarded partners, systems, or workflows. You'll also manage and resolve partner and stakeholder queries, complaints, and escalations in coordination with relevant teams, while owning relationships with the technical delivery and incident tracking teams for project deliveries and support.
