Business Analyst - Aviation

As a Business Analyst - Aviation at Cognizant, you will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholders. You will translate these business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to implement effective solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Conducting process mapping, analysis, and feasibility studies, and presenting recommendations.
• Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitoring user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with the testing team and DTI team.
• Coordinating with the OPS team to establish and optimize business processes.
• Providing analytical and project support to the OPS team for resolving production issues related to onboarded partners, systems, or workflows.
• Managing and resolving partner and stakeholder queries, complaints, and escalations in coordination with relevant teams.
• Owning relationships with the DTI team for project deliveries, incident tracking, and production support.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
