Business Analyst - Banking

The company is currently looking for a Business Analyst - Banking for our Bahrain operations. The candidate should possess the following skillsets and terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in business analysis.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent, Agile BA Certification, AI Product Management (optional).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with squads and other IT teams to define and refine business requirements for digital banking features.
• Analyze customer journeys and recommend improvements for mobile and internet banking platforms.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria with technical details.
• Support AI banking initiatives by identifying use cases and data requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and gap analyses.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure customer-centric design.
• Maintain product/project/test documentations and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration, discussing with stakeholders to align on the requirements and priorities.
