Job Description:
As a Business Analyst in the Banking Domain, you will be responsible for the following:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document requirements (BRD/FRD/User Stories).
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and solution scope.

Banking Domain & Process Expertise:
- Map and optimize processes across banking functions such as account opening/KYC, onboarding, payments, loans, cards, customer servicing, and compliance.
- Identify gaps and improvements aligned to regulatory and operational needs.

Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a bridge between business, product owners, technology, and QA teams.
- Facilitate workshops and manage change requests to ensure scope alignment.

Documentation & Communication:
- Create and maintain key documents (BRD/FRD, process flows, use cases).
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Testing & Delivery Support:
- Support QA/UAT by defining test scenarios and coordinating UAT execution.
- Support production rollout and continuous improvement.

Data & Reporting (Nice-to-have):
- Work with data/BI teams to define reporting requirements and validate data quality rules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain (Retail/Corporate/Payments/Lending).
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, functional analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in BRD/FRD/User Stories and good understanding of banking concepts.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to data analysis (SQL basics) and regulatory areas (AML, GDPR, etc.).
- Knowledge of core banking systems or payment gateways.
