Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather critical data elements needed for compliance and reporting.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business rules and data needs, translating business problems into a Data Catalog with source-to-target mapping.
- Collaborate with key source systems such as FIRCO, Credit Lens, Intuition, Falcon, and Tahseel Al Islami to capture transactional payment data and support fee collection processes.
Functional & Domain Expertise:
- Strong experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), particularly in Financial Crime, AML, Sanctions, and Credit Risk.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Capable of translating complex regulatory and data concepts into business-friendly language.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
Data & Analytics:
- Good understanding of logical and conceptual data modeling, data marts, and enterprise data warehouses.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear techno-functional specifications and provide end-to-end project support.
Language Requirements:
