Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement workshops with business and operations teams.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

Business Banking Expertise
- Lead initiatives related to:
- Customer Onboarding & KYC
- Account Maintenance
- Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- Cash Management

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Users, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT teams.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement walkthrough sessions.
- Manage requirement change requests and impact assessments.

Testing & Delivery
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Prepare test scenarios and business validation scripts.
- Participate in production readiness and post-implementation support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Minimum 3 years in Business Banking, SME Banking, or Corporate Banking.
- Strong understanding of Banking Operations and Regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Knowledge of:
- KYC & AML
- FATCA / CRS
- Business Account Opening
- Corporate Customer Servicing
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio/Draw.io.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Certification.
- Banking experience within UAE/GCC market preferred.
