Business Analyst – Cards & Payments (Payment Gateway)

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for our Qatar operations with a strong understanding of the Cards lifecycle (debit/credit/prepaid), Merchant Acquiring, and 3D Secure flows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Base24, Prime 4, MPGS, payment gateway APIs, and settlement engines, as well as knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data validation, analysis, and reconciliation reports.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks with tools like JIRA and Confluence, along with excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills, is essential. Familiarity with ISO 8583 message formats and card scheme mandates and an understanding of dispute resolution systems (Visa Resolve Online, Mastercard DDRS) will be beneficial.

The joining time frame is 2 weeks, with a maximum of 1 month.
