Business Analyst - Cash & Liquidity

Virtusa is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Cash & Liquidity. The primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Producing a requirement development plan to guide and manage the process of capturing business needs.
• Analyzing, specifying, and validating business requirements.
• Preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and reviewing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) from vendors and IT.
• Supporting business stakeholders in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of deliverables from IT before client launch.
• Engaging with business teams regularly for daily and weekly task updates.
• Identifying and conducting stakeholder analysis.
• Preparing user manuals and marketing materials for products/channels.
• Documenting impacted procedures, weekly status updates, and testing updates.
• Following up on issues and defects and escalating them to the Project Manager when necessary.
• Collaborating with the Product/Channel Manager to streamline processes across Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) and lead automation to improve process efficiency.
• Enhancing governance, control, and quality assurance for project management activities within GLCM.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in corporate channels and cash and liquidity management products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven business analysis skills that bridge technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
