This position involves leading the analysis and management of Business Enablement Applications, including ERP and Non-ERP solutions. The role is responsible for ensuring alignment with operational business analysts on process changes and impacts. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into clear requirements.
- Analyzing project estimations for accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Developing and maintaining project tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and risks.
- Conducting cost analysis and control to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Documenting business processes, requirements, and user stories.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes.
- Contributing to project planning, execution, and closure.
- Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Overseeing and ensuring the quality of ERP and Non-ERP application services.
- Managing contracts related to the services provided, including vendor coordination and compliance monitoring.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, geology, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into enhancements.
- Development of business cases for operational improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support for the implementation of ERP systems, process mining tools, and automation technologies.
- Monitoring of KPIs across mining projects with actionable insights for leadership.
- Preparation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and sustainability goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
