Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Gather and define business requirements and develop functional specifications
- Perform business process mapping and gap analysis
- Define user stories in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure cross-functional collaboration
- Work on digital banking initiatives, including SME and corporate banking projects
- Supervise payments and banking channels projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for various projects (CPF)
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout project lifecycle
- Review test scenarios, track defects, and provide go-live support
Work Experience
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in business testing and banking domains
