Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with various teams to understand business needs and document requirements in structured formats.
  • Hands-On Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyze business problems and operational pain points, propose practical solutions.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization: Map existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and redesign processes for scale and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
  • Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test cases, validate solutions, and support go-live readiness.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare reports and analyze performance trends to support decision-making.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Awareness: Ensure processes align with regulatory standards and support compliance reviews.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech, digital banking, payments, or SaaS preferred.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
  • Solid understanding of technology fundamentals and integrations (APIs, data flows).
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SQL is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong communication skills to influence and align teams.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
