Business Analyst, CX Product

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our business in analyzing business problems, driving solutions, and documenting processes. The person should have a good understanding of business requirements and the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular reporting, BI, or data issue, and draft solutions for resolution. The ideal candidate would have high attention to detail, a bias for action, and an interest in analytics, BI, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new resources.
• Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes.
• Develop innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work.
• Be open to learning and developing skill sets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques.
• Understand how data and analytical frameworks translate to business on the ground.

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree required; an Engineering degree is preferred.
2. Experience working in a similar role (at least 1 year).
3. Exposure to Excel and SQL.
4. Deadline-driven team player with a strong customer focus.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and QuickSight.
2. Experience in data mining, ETL, etc., and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
