Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Contract (12 Months, with renewal for a 3-year programme)
Salary: AED 25,000 - AED 35,000 per month
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience on cybersecurity-focused projects, specifically mentioning security in the CV.
- Experience in translating security, compliance, audit, risk, or governance requirements into actionable business and technical solutions.
- Familiarity with regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-focused environments.
- Ability to collaborate across business, security, technology, and delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Analysis across critical security workstreams.
- Translate security policies, risks, and compliance requirements into practical business solutions.
- Define and document security requirements, processes, controls, and procedures.
- Design end-to-end business processes with security embedded.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across various teams including Security, Technology, Compliance, PMO, and Delivery.
- Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives, contribute to risk reduction and security governance programmes.
