Business Analyst - Cybersecurity Projects

This is a Business Analyst (BA) role specifically for cybersecurity projects. The company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a background in Information Security and Cybersecurity. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity-focused projects, Information Security (Infosec), or Cybersecurity/SecOps.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Contract (12 Months, with renewal for a 3-year programme)
Salary: AED 25,000 - AED 35,000 per month

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience on cybersecurity-focused projects, specifically mentioning security in the CV.
• Experience in translating security, compliance, audit, risk, or governance requirements into actionable business and technical solutions.
• Familiarity with regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-focused environments.
• Ability to collaborate across business, security, technology, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Business Analysis across critical security workstreams.
• Translate security policies, risks, and compliance requirements into practical business solutions.
• Define and document security requirements, processes, controls, and procedures.
• Design end-to-end business processes with security embedded.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across various teams including Security, Technology, Compliance, PMO, and Delivery.
• Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives, contribute to risk reduction and security governance programmes.
