Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders for requirement gathering and documentation.
- Conduct workshops to ascertain business processes and data needs.
- Analyze data flows, review mappings, and ensure accurate reporting requirements.
- Define and validate data quality rules, support profiling and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with reporting teams for report repointing and validation.
- Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRS, and UAT scenarios.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking and Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Lakehouse, and enterprise data models.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data quality concepts.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Cloudera, Informatica, Teradata, Denodo, Kafka, and data platforms.
- Exposure to regulatory reporting and knowledge of data governance frameworks.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are preferred.
