Work Conditions:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and centrally publish daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and MIS dashboards.
- Analyze sales data to identify key trends, track progress against goals, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and customize reports accordingly.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and perform deep-dive analysis on various products, regions, or client segments.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all published data and reports.
- Ensure 100% adherence to the Code of Conduct.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating dashboards and reports.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to data handling and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data within a business context.
- Collaboration and teamwork abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

- 2-5 years of financial planning experience preferred.

- Knowledge of financial planning, insurance laws, and investment products.
- Enthusiasm for achieving goals and the ability to work under pressure.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
