Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Banking sector within an IT Department, with at least 4 years in the implementation of Corporate online / Mobile banking and Retail Internet / Mobile banking.
  • Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years in analyzing and testing APIs / Open Banking API.
  • Review and prepare Business Requirement Specifications and create test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
  • Strong knowledge in Payment / Swift Standards.
  • Good knowledge of Equation / Core Banking systems.
  • Support customer incidents and investigations.
  • Manage defect life cycle and execute status reporting.
  • Proven experience in Banking solutions in SIT/UAT testing.
  • Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing.
  • Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.
  • Create and assist in the writing of user documentation, instructions, procedures, and training.
  • Follow up on system incidents and coordinate fixes in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong business process analysis and mapping skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and with outside contacts.
  • Planning and organizing ability.
  • Commitment to handling assigned tasks with responsibility.
  • Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
