Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role at the company requires proficiency in BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar. A strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is essential. Candidates should have an understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and possess strong functional domain experience in areas related to Business Banking, digital account onboarding, Global Transaction Banking, and CRM products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and challenges.
• Conducting workshops to elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
• Documenting detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and QA teams to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and use case scenarios.
• Validating solution functionality through testing, UAT coordination, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Analyzing existing business processes to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
• Developing improved workflows, process maps, and business models.
• Recommending solutions aligned with organizational goals.
