Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops and interviews with stakeholders, documenting both business and functional requirements.
- Analyze current (As-Is) processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design improved (To-Be) processes.
- Write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps using BPMN.
- Serve as the link between business users and technical teams throughout the design, build, and testing phases.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog and assist with sprint planning within Agile teams.
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT): write test scenarios, support users, and track defects to completion.
- Analyze data and create reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, change requests, and project scope throughout the lifecycle.
- Prepare training materials and user guides, and support go-live and post-implementation reviews and hypercare.
- Assist with demand intake, release planning, and continual improvement of the platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or digital transformation projects.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling.
- Hands-on experience writing user stories and working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart, and MS Office.
- Data analysis skills; advanced Excel skills are essential, and familiarity with Power BI or SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- CBAP / CCBA / ECBA (IIBA)
- PMI-PBA
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Yellow Belt)
