As a Business Analyst at the company, you will be responsible for leading the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements across multiple squads and workstreams. Your primary duties will include:
- Translating business needs into clear, structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for agile delivery.
- Acting as a liaison between business, product, and technology teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment on requirements and outcomes.
- Owning and maintaining the requirements backlog, prioritizing it according to program objectives and delivery milestones.
- Collaborating with Product Owners and delivery teams to define well-structured requirements that are testable and deliverable within sprint cycles.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to refine requirements and drive decision-making.
- Ensuring end-to-end traceability from business requirements to technical delivery and solution implementation.
- Supporting solution design by validating that technical approaches meet business needs and constraints.
- Driving quality assurance of requirements to ensure they align with program goals.
- Highlighting requirement risks, gaps, and changes impacting delivery through governance and reporting.

Minimum Experience Required
- 10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role within large-scale digital or technology transformation programs.
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital platforms with multiple integrations and stakeholder groups.
- Experience in defining business and technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications at scale.
- Familiarity with agile environments, supporting multi-squad delivery and iterative release cycles.
- Ability to work across business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Experience in banking or financial services is preferred, particularly within digital channels, onboarding, payments, or servicing.
- Experience in managing requirement traceability, change control, and delivery readiness in structured program environments.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure transformation programs with evolving priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are preferred.
