Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and support business processes across asset management and investment operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and support system enhancements.
- Manage and optimize workflows related to trade lifecycle management across various asset classes and markets.
- Ensure effective integration and alignment between internal systems and third-party vendors.
Domain Expertise
- Strong experience in:
- Asset Management systems (preferably CRD / Charles River Development)
- Portfolio Management and Investment Operations
- Coverage of asset classes including:
- Equity
- Fixed Income
- Derivatives
- Mutual Funds
Mandatory System & Functional Experience
- CRD / Charles River modules, including:
- Trade Blotter and end-to-end trade workflows
- Manager Workbench
- PMAR (Performance Measurement & Attribution)
- Complex Account Group Management
- Risk & Analytics:
- Risk attribution and analysis
- Integration with third-party risk providers (e.g., MSCI)
- Factor model implementation and data integration
- Identification and resolution of data gaps between vendor and client systems
- Portfolio & Investment Functions:
- Scenario Analysis
- Asset Allocation
- Security Selection Index
- Cash Flow Forecasting
- IBOR (Investment Book of Record)
- Corporate Actions:
- End-to-end corporate action workflows and processing
- Compliance:
- Investment compliance
- Hands-on experience with CRD Compliance module
Good to Have
- Experience with:
- MS SQL Server
- Database querying and data analysis
