Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating wireframes, mockups, process flows, and user journey diagrams to visualize features and workflows.
  • Managing and tracking tickets/requests using tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Acting as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure smooth integration across systems.
  • Validating deliverables through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Supporting change management efforts by providing training materials and assisting end users in adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with requirement elicitation techniques such as interviews and workshops.
  • Experience in theme park operations or similar entertainment/ticketing environments.
  • Strong understanding of system integration and collaboration with technical teams.
  • Proficiency in wireframing tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Lucidchart.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
