The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in collaborating with project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document the requirements for a system to address specific business challenges. This position requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support the development process and ensure that project deliverables meet established specifications.
Scope and Purpose:
- Travel on-site as needed for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work long hours and manage high-pressure situations professionally.
- Define and document all system and software functions during the concept design phase.
- Match solution requirements with established standards from other projects.
- Document processes and solutions for technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to solution standards during the Detailed Engineering Phase.
- Support the Project Leader in identifying stakeholders and establishing user classes.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and prioritize user requirements.
- Analyze requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility.
- Develop standard templates for writing requirements specifications.
- Create use cases, specifications, and diagrams for the development and testing teams.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate changes and enhancements of business requirements to stakeholders.
- Provide support during pre-sales phases by attending sales meetings.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in French is required.
