The Business Analyst will play a crucial role involving collaboration with project stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyze, validate, and document requirements necessary to solve specific business problems. This position also supports Sales and Technical Sales teams in preparing presentations and software demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel on-site for extended periods as mutually agreed upon.
- Work long hours as necessary and manage high-pressure situations professionally.
- Define and document system and software functions during the concept design phase.
- Ensure that the proposed solution aligns with established standards applied in previous projects.
- Document processes and solutions for binding offers and technical specifications.
- Ensure that project engineering teams adhere to solution standards during the Detailed Engineering Phase.
- Collaborate with the Project Leader to identify project stakeholders and establish user classes.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews with the Project Manager to gather and prioritize user requirements.
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- Develop and utilize standard templates for requirements specifications.
- Create use cases, specifications, and diagrams for the development and test teams.
- Conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure accurate interpretation.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate changes in business requirements to project managers and stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales activities by attending sales meetings.
