As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Team with others to produce high-quality deliverables to enhance client experience.
• Collect, analyze, and present relevant data using standardized processes.
• Conduct in-depth research and benchmarking analysis for insights and solutions.
• Communicate ideas clearly while working collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
• Apply technology fundamentals to client situations, including emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), IoT, Blockchain, and cloud technologies.
• Support the development and improvement of business processes.

Qualifications and Technical Capabilities:

• Based in the UAE – UAE National preferred.
• Undergraduate degree; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage projects and produce key deliverables effectively.
• Excellent administrative, numeracy, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel is required.
