In this role, you will report to the Medical Director and the Commercial Transformation & Business Development Director. As the Data Analyst in the company Dermatological Beauty, you will be responsible for the division’s data analytics roadmap, with a particular focus on optimizing the division’s medical advocacy program. Your critical role will involve working with stakeholders to make precision recommendations to the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Veeva CRM (CRM system for healthcare professionals).
  • Support the scoping of business problems and identifying the best models/analyses/solutions.
  • Source and analyze data for the division.
  • Explore and select the algorithms that offer the best performance.
  • Develop, train, and fine-tune analytical models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on model/product launch communication, training, enablement, and ongoing product adoption tactics.
  • Champion ongoing initiatives driving a data analytics culture.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the team, including exploring data sources, identifying key trends, and assessing data/model reasonability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Sciences, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or an aligned Data/Systems field).
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Professional experience in advanced data analytics.
  • Experience in scoping business analytics solutions and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with data science frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn/Pandas) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., Keras/PyTorch).
  • Preferred but not essential: GCP certification (or other cloud platforms), DAX.
  • Proficient with Veeva, Power BI, MS Excel and PowerPoint, Python/R, advanced ML/AI algorithms, SQL, and optimization.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, along with good interpersonal skills.
