Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for assigned propositions and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with development teams in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, including adoption and revenue impact.
- Conduct root cause analysis on performance gaps and lead corrective initiatives.
- Own end-to-end business analysis for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and operational logic.
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Prioritize product features based on user feedback and market trends.
- Work closely with designers and developers to create intuitive user experiences.
- Utilize experimentation and data-driven methodologies to validate hypotheses and improve product outcomes.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of UAE payment regulations and frameworks.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role within digital or banking environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence, along with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of APIs, process mapping, and customer journey design.
- Relevant certifications such as CSPO or similar in Business Analysis.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
