You will be engaged in a dynamic and collaborative working environment where you will identify challenges, perform in-depth analyses, and generate insights that contribute to strategic decisions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and a commitment to high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Synthesize findings into clear presentations and reports.
- Engage in client meetings and internal team discussions.
- Assist in project execution, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's degree or completing a master’s program, with a graduation date before June 2026.
- Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the program.
- Willingness to travel to clients and FTI Consulting offices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Majors in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and add value in an international environment.
- Interest in strategy consulting.
