Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (12 months renewable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Perform user story mapping and backlog management in coordination with project teams.
- Develop process models using BPMN and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect resolution.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Strong experience in requirement elicitation and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in User Story Mapping and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Process Modeling (BPMN).
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience Requirements:
- 10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Mandatory experience working in the GCC region.
