Business Analyst - Healthcare Domain (Arabic Speaker)

The company is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the healthcare domain and proficiency in Arabic. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, particularly in requirement gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management, with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and systems within the GCC region.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (12 months renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform user story mapping and backlog management in coordination with project teams.
• Develop process models using BPMN and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect resolution.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Strong experience in requirement elicitation and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in User Story Mapping and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Process Modeling (BPMN).
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Mandatory experience working in the GCC region.
