Business Analyst

About the Job
The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business requirements into functional specifications. In this role, the BA collaborates with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to ensure effective communication and the successful delivery of projects and solutions. Key responsibilities include critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into detailed specifications, abstracting from low-level information to gain a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from their underlying true needs.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with UML and BPMN
• Knowledge of SOA and web services (a plus)
• Experience in business process re-engineering and business process improvement
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• IIBA (ECBA) certification is desirable
• Strong analytical, documentation (in both Arabic and English), and communication skills
