Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present Quarterly OKRs and Monthly performance reports for all revenue-generating verticals within the Cars division.
- Help improve productivity strategies for Account Managers, Purchase, and Sales teams by identifying performance gaps and creating KPI improvement frameworks.
- Support business growth by delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and enhance business intelligence for the company's assisted listings and auction platform.
- Produce market-facing materials, such as Media Kits and Client Performance Reports.
- Execute analytical projects to identify opportunities for optimizing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business cases and strategic insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support leadership with timely insights.
- Act as the Business Point of Contact for data-related projects with the Business Intelligence team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any relevant field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business/commercial/data analysis role.
- Experience in developing and delivering complex projects.
- Proficient in Google/Microsoft productivity tools, SQL, and Excel/Spreadsheet skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, R, and Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
