Business Analyst Intern (GBS) - 2027 Summer

About the Job:

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team at the company is responsible for driving revenue growth through various functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management, and Agency Partnerships. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in generating revenue by promoting advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, and managing ad campaigns.

You will be engaged in business analysis and management, regularly monitoring business metrics related to Outbound E-commerce, and assisting sales teams in improving consumer experiences. Your responsibilities will include breaking down business puzzles, supporting project task prioritization, and measuring project outputs through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Internship Overview:

Our internship program provides students with hands-on experience, allowing them to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while fully engaging with industry professionals. Interns will gain valuable practical experience and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops.

Candidates are encouraged to apply to a maximum of two positions across the company and affiliates globally. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, hence early application is advised.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Final year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, or Data Analytics
• Willing to commit to a 12-week internship during the summer of 2027
• Experience in research and analysis in consulting or e-commerce/ads preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with a capacity for strategic thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate degree preferred
• Proficiency in BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) and SQL
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Background in computer-related majors is favorable
