As an Intern at FTI Consulting, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work with experienced consultants who will mentor you in identifying challenges, performing in-depth analyses, and generating insights to shape strategic decisions.
In this role, you will handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. You will be part of our Strategy & Transformation team, which consists of top-tier consultants and former industry executives dedicated to delivering practical, actionable solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, synthesizing findings into presentations and reports, and participating in client and internal team meetings.
This internship is ideal for innovative, collaborative, and motivated students eager to apply their skills in a real-world setting.
Work Conditions: Internship, Summer 2026; Full-time (40 hours per week) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What You'll Do:
- Engage in activities that support client projects and contribute to business development efforts.
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis.
- Synthesize findings into clear presentations and reports.
- Assist senior team members with project execution aspects, including planning and implementation.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
Basic Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's or master's degree with graduation or gap year/semester date between June 2026 - June 2027.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the internship.
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Majors in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence in an international environment.
- A team player capable of working in a diverse setting with cultural awareness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in strategy consulting across various industries.
