Responsibilities
As a Business Operations intern, you will collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Channel Programs, and other key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Salesforce CRM and Partner Portal integrity by identifying inconsistencies and implementing scalable clean-up frameworks.
- Researching and ideating "Agentic AI" use cases (Agentforce) to reduce the administrative workload for sales representatives.
- Creating Salesforce dashboards and Tableau Next visualizations to provide leadership with actionable, fact-based insights.
- Designing repeatable processes and evaluating API integration opportunities to streamline deal registration and pipeline visibility.
- Facilitating feedback collection on Salesforce "Dynamic Forms" to simplify the internal user experience for our global sellers.
- Authoring and maintaining high-quality documentation, ensuring the GTM Playbook is up-to-date, making complex system workflows easy for global stakeholders to understand and execute.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
- Move beyond just "reading data" to identifying the "Why" behind the numbers, recommending structural changes that align with our 2026 Roadmap.
- Show an obsession with how emerging tech (like Agentforce) can transform a global GTM ecosystem.
- Build bridges across Sales Ops, IT, and Product, demonstrating your ability to navigate a complex global organization with confidence.
- Value the "Long Game" by creating world-class documentation that ensures your contributions remain a "Source of Truth" long after your internship ends.
