Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis:

    • Own end-to-end analysis for business initiatives, from requirement gathering to documentation and validation.
    • Conduct detailed impact assessments and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Analyze business and customer data to uncover insights and inform decision-making.
    • Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming, prioritization, and roadmap alignment.
    • Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and developers to ensure feasible and value-driven solutions.
  • Business & Platform Support:

    • Support business stakeholders during UAT and post-release phases.
    • Monitor platform performance and report production issues; coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
    • Document operational processes and create user manuals, FAQs, and training material.
    • Respond to production support queries and ensure business continuity for supported platforms.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:

    • Prepare and execute test cases (functional, integration, regression).
    • Log, track, and retest bugs in collaboration with QA and development teams.
    • Validate production deployments to ensure a smooth go-live experience.
    • Perform data validations and assist in automation testing efforts wherever applicable.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in a similar role across digital or banking environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in test case writing and defect tracking.
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms and industry best practices.
  • Understanding of APIs, process mapping, and customer journey design.
