About the Job:
The main objective of this role is to manage vendor-related requests, track approvals, ensure contract compliance, and maintain accurate reports on Vendor Management information. The successful candidate will leverage their experience in Oracle E-Business Suite and possess accounting knowledge to proactively follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and the RFP process, ensuring smooth IT operations and successful project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively raise and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for IT service providers, ensuring timely approvals.
  • Follow up with PR approval stakeholders to expedite approvals and resolve related issues.
  • Review and validate PR details for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with procurement requirements.
  • Support the RFP (Request for Proposal) process and ensure adherence to timelines and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for efficient execution of RFPs per defined processes and timelines.
  • Maintain records of PRs, POs, RFPs, approvals, and validate vendor invoices against released POs.
  • Work with IT teams to monitor vendor performance based on SLAs and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve vendor-related issues and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure IT vendors adhere to compliance, security, and operational requirements.
  • Update and maintain IT vendor reports on a timely basis, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Streamline vendor-related processes by working closely with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for process inefficiencies in the Vendor Management area.
  • Assist in budget tracking for all IT vendor services, providing data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in IT Vendor Management, Business Analysis, or IT Service Operations (airline experience is an advantage).
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and accounting skills.
  • Fluent in English.

ISR Requirements:

  • Read and comply with the ISR policies of the company and diligently report any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
  • Complete all required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
