Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document customer change requests (CRs).
- Understand customer business needs and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate instant and effective solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Use your domain knowledge to design test scenarios and evaluate test results.
- Deliver timely updates to enhance flexibility and user experience.
- Provide domain support to the development team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of lending processes and customer business analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise on quality solutions.
- Familiarity with KSA ELM and third-party interfaces is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct gap analysis and understand regulatory norms in the region.
- Knowledge of loan management, collection functionality, and credit risk assessment.
Good to Have:
- Experience in reviewing loan credit reports and portfolio analysis.
- Familiarity with lending functionality and collateral analysis.
- Skills in demonstrating functionality and training business users.
