About the Job
Azentio Software is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding and analyzing our customers' businesses and translating their requirements into effective solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the documentation of customer change requests and the delivery of quality updates to enhance user convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document customer change requests (CRs).
• Understand customer business needs and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate instant and effective solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Use your domain knowledge to design test scenarios and evaluate test results.
• Deliver timely updates to enhance flexibility and user experience.
• Provide domain support to the development team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of lending processes and customer business analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise on quality solutions.
• Familiarity with KSA ELM and third-party interfaces is an advantage.
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and understand regulatory norms in the region.
• Knowledge of loan management, collection functionality, and credit risk assessment.

Good to Have:

• Experience in reviewing loan credit reports and portfolio analysis.
• Familiarity with lending functionality and collateral analysis.
• Skills in demonstrating functionality and training business users.
