Job Purpose
The Business Analyst will bridge business needs with technology solutions by analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and translating strategic objectives into scalable digital solutions. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX/UI Designers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Manage project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align objectives with technical solutions.
- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to improve customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or digital transformation environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
