Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across government, healthcare, and digital service initiatives.
- Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions with business users, government agencies, healthcare organizations, and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, and process workflows.
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Support the design and implementation of e-services, healthcare transaction platforms, and government digital transformation programs.
- Ensure solutions comply with applicable regulatory, security, privacy, and healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with development, testing, architecture, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, feasibility studies, and business case evaluations.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production deployment activities.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong healthcare domain experience with significant exposure to healthcare sectors (government sector exposure is a plus).
- Proven experience in digital transformation and healthcare transaction systems.
- Fluent in Arabic.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling techniques and requirements management methodologies.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, BPMN, Microsoft Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and technical teams.
